Domestic Shipping
- Shipping is free within Japan.
- Orders are shipped via Yamato or Sagawa within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation (bank transfer or cash-on-delivery).
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day.
- For in-person cash payments, items are handed over at the time of purchase.
International Shipping
- $100 shipping for orders under $5,000 USD.
- Free shipping for orders $5,000 USD and above.
- Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns & Important Notes
- If your item arrives damaged, dirty, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days.
- Once approved, we will cover return shipping and bank fees.
- Returns for reasons such as “changed my mind” or “ordered wrong item” are not accepted.
- All items must be returned unused and in original condition.
- Returns without prior notice or used items cannot be accepted.
国内発送
- 日本国内への送料は無料です。
- ご注文後の発送は、銀行振込または代金引換のご入金確認後、3～5営業日以 内に行います。
- 土日祝日のご注文は、翌営業日以降に発送されます。
- 店頭での現金支払いの場合は、その場で商品をお渡しします。
- 配送業者はヤマト運輸または佐川急便です。
海外発送
- ご注文が5,000ドル未満の場合、送料は100ドルです。
- 5,000ドル以上のご注文は送料無料となります。
- 関税・輸入税等はすべて購入者様のご負担となります。
返品およびご注意事項
- 商品が破損・汚損していた場合、または注文と異なる商品が届いた場合は、 商品到着後5営業日以内にご連絡ください。
- 承認後は、返送料および振込手数料は弊社が負担いたします。
- 「イメージと違う」「注文を間違えた」など、お客様のご都合による返品は お受けできません。
- 商品は未使用・元の状態で、付属品を含めてご返送ください。
- 事前連絡なしの返品や使用済み商品の返品はお受けできません。
