Terms of Service
Shipping
For payments made via bank transfer or cash on delivery, we will ship the product within 3-5 business days after confirming your payment and order. If the order is placed on a weekend or holiday, it will be shipped on the next business day.
For in-person cash payments at our office, the product will be handed over immediately.
Returns
If, upon opening your package, you find any damage, defects, or if the product differs from your order, we will accept returns or exchanges. Please contact us within 5 business days of receiving the product.
In cases of refunds or returns, the transfer fee and shipping costs will be covered by our company.
Returns and Exchanges Due to Customer Convenience
If you wish to return a product for reasons such as “it didn’t meet your expectations,” “you ordered the wrong item,” or “you changed your mind,” please inform us first and then return the product.
A refund will be processed within 10 days after we confirm the product’s arrival.
Non-Returnable Items
- Promotional products
- Custom-made items
- Sale items
- Products that have been clearly used
- Products damaged or soiled due to customer handling
Important Notes
Please check the product promptly upon its arrival. Returns cannot be processed without prior notice. When returning a product, please ensure that all items, including accessories, are in the same condition as when received.
Regardless of the reason provided, we cannot accept returns if there are signs of usage.
